Serial / RS232 / RS485

CONTEC provides a full range of serial communication devices, from PC standard RS-232C to RS-422A and RS-485, from multi-channel type to insulated/surge protected boards for PCI, PCI Express, USB and CardBus. For industrial use in noisy environment, COTEC lines up insulated and surge protected devices for RS-232C, RS-422A and RS-485. Each channel has 64 – 128-byte FIFO buffer to reduce CPU load and ensure high transmission speed at up to921,600bps. CONTEC communication devices come with driver software to use them as Windows/Linux standard COM port. For advanced users, our original API for Windows and Linux is available for free download.
